I’ve had many massages from different places, but Margarita is truly the best
massage therapist! A friend gifted me an appointment with her for my birthday
three years ago and I can’t imagine ever having anyone else work on me. While
other massage therapists focus on relaxation or deep tissue, Margarita is almost like
having a massage therapist, a physical therapist, and an energy healer rolled into
one.
She comes to my house and sets up her table and equipment right in my living room.
She never rushes. When you go to a typical massage appointment, they are often
overly focused on time, so much so that it seems they are just getting to the tension
release parts when your time is up.
Not with Margarita!
She takes her time, she clarifies what issues you are having both physically and
emotionally, and after a full body massage, she often does chakra balancing to
identify places that are stuck or in transition.
I also respect that Margarita has a commitment to continuing education in healing
and massage work. When she goes to a new conference and learns more about the
healing arts for the body, she always shares her knowledge. “Massages should never
hurt,” she once told me regarding other painful deep tissue treatments I’ve
experienced. Margarita continually checks in throughout the massage to make sure
the pressure is firm but not ache inducing. This is why I call her the Massage Guru.
You won’t get a more relaxing or health focused massage anywhere else.
